Seven days, seven stories, seven directors. A Cuban taxi-driver offers a young American tourist the most unusual tour of the capital. A well-known director in the midst of a mid-life crisis and a creative crisis gets unexpected support from a casual acquaintance. Cecilia, a Cuban singer, wavers between a Spanish impresario’s offer to move to Spain and the desire to stay at home with her boyfriend, José. A schoolgirl’s parents force her to undergo a ritual “cleansing” to rid her of her homosexuality.
