It is common knowledge, that most contemporary architecture in Moscow is failing in quality. Although there is no common criteria for assessment of success or failure of the buildings. This discussion will involve architects, developers, financial analysts and realtors who will talk about possible criteria and consider some concrete cases. The aim of the discussion is to define objective criteria, to understand the main reasons for failure and to identify ways to improve the situation.
