Timothy Misir was born in Singapore; he completed his studies at the National University of Singapore and Utrecht University, followed by the University of Kent and the University of Sienna. He has worked as a policy analyst for the European Union Centre in Singapore and the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy in Berlin. At Strelka, Tim researched how user-generated content and locative media are contributing to making sense of the city.
