Tokyo’s Metabolism

The last week of the fall term was devoted to workshops on Tokyo. The students analyzed various aspects of the Japanese capital. For instance, Carlos Medellin, Adeola Enigbokan, Silvia Franceschini and Alexander Novikov did research on Tokyo’s metabolism, with an emphasis on the architecture of Pritzker Prize-2010 laureate Kazuyo Sejima. One of the results of their work is this video:
